We want you to be happy with your Lily On the Fly kit. If you're not fully satisfied with this product, return it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of your order date. We will send you a new kit or give you a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).

- Return the item in its original condition and packaging.

- We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Lily On the Fly is not responsible for return postage or lost or undelivered items.
- Please allow up to four weeks to receive your refund or exchange, or up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
